This is not a final 3d Model, due to the lack of pieces and real parts, and also to my current limitations of modeling and watchmaking, but it has a functional gear train for my concept of the rings in the scenario of a scapement gear going at 12RPM (assuming a 15 teeth anchor wheel and a 3Hz tourbillon).

The movement have a central ring that has a 1/60 RPM angular velocity that corresponds to the minuteand an external ring that has 1/3600 RPM angular velocity for the hour hand.
